
Here’s a chicken wrap recipe that is very easy to prepare. You can make it with leftover chicken or you can even spice it up by marinating the chicken in some Cajun or Taco seasoning or any other seasoning of your choice and can wrap it up in a Tortilla or Pita bread or even in a plain simple roti. It is a perfect lunch box dish that you can prepare for yourself or for your kids in a very less time.

Ingredients:
- Chicken Breasts: 500 g
- Onion: 1
- Red Capsicum: 1
- Tortillas or Roti: 4
- Taco Seasoning: 35 g
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Cut the onion into wedges, and the capsicum and chicken into strips.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and capsicum, season it with salt and cook, stirring until softened. Transfer to a plate when done.
- Marinate the chicken strips in the taco seasoning mix. Heat another tablespoon of oil in the same pan over medium heat. Toss the marinated chicken into the frying pan and cook, stirring for 4 minutes or until golden brown. When done, add the cooked onion and capsicum into the chicken pan and cook for 2 minutes.
- Heat the tortillas or roti on a pan and spoon the chicken mixture into the warm wraps. Roll the wraps up and serve.
