Vanilla Cupcake With Buttercream Frosting Of all the recipes that I've posted, this is my most favorite one because it is simple and very easy to make and looks gorgeous. Lemon Scones With Lemon Glaze A scone has a texture that falls between a bread and a biscuit. It is flaky on the outside and soft on the inside. It is a great dish to be served at breakfast and also compliments perfectly with evening tea. For this recipe, I have taken the basic scone recipe and added lemon juice and zest to give it a lemon flavor. You can also use the recipe and add in other flavors like blueberry, chocolate chip, orange or cranberry instead of lemon. You can also top it according to the flavor you are going for. Because I made lemon scones, I glazed it with lemon and sugar. You can also use an orange glaze, chocolate glaze or even a plain simple sugar glaze. The full recipe is in the link in my bio. These orange muffins are the best ones to munch on along with your evening tea or coffee. It is so soft and spongy and not too sweet. I would love to use the word 'harmonious' when it comes to its taste because the smell and taste of orange in these muffins aren't overpowering, it gives the muffins a perfect balance of frutiness and acidity. You feel the sweet orange smell and when you bite into it, its just so soft with the mild oranginess brushing your palate to make you realise its existence. This is one of the best tasting muffins I've ever had and it is really worth a try. I'm a big fan of the types of dessert that doesn't give you a sugar rush and this is definitely one among that. The first bite of it made me smile and I really hope it does make you smile too. M&M Cookies These blonde cookies with popping colours of M&Ms are one of the best looking and best tasting cookies out there. They are crispy on the outside and soft inside and crunchy with the chocolate filled M&Ms. It is so easy to make and only takes 10-11 minutes in the oven and the overall result is the best tasting homemade cookies. Meringue Kisses Meringue kisses are one of the most good looking desserts I've made. It's so glossy and vibrant and almost melts in your mouth. But making these requires so much patience because getting it right is tricky. Its technical in a way and it is very important that you get the measurement of the ingredients right. But once you end up making it and have a bite of the meringue kisses you forget all the troubles you went in to make it. Its just melt in your mouth sugary goodness.
